These terms cover the programs offered by Trust in Alignment and the use of The Seeker. By booking a program or using the app, you agree to them.

What this is — and isn't

The 1:1 guidance, group circles, and The Seeker are spaces for reflection, connection, and personal growth. They are not therapy, counselling, medical, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Nothing here diagnoses or treats any condition.

If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away. This work is not an emergency service.

Booking, payment & cancellation

Program prices are shown on the site in USD. Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice — reach out and we will find a way that works. If a paid session cannot be delivered, we will reschedule it or refund it.

The Seeker

The Seeker is free to try, with an optional subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the app store and can be managed or cancelled in your app store account. The app reflects; it does not give instructions or make decisions for you.

Respect & good faith

Please use the programs and the app for your own genuine reflection, and treat others in any group setting with care and confidentiality. We may decline service where that trust is broken.

Liability

The choices you make are your own. To the extent allowed by law, Trust in Alignment is not liable for decisions taken in reliance on a reflection, conversation, or the app.
